Emma Santiago is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience dedicated to providing exemplary private client services to global ultra-high net worth families and family offices. Specialising in the administration of international trust structures, Emma has honed her expertise in managing effective family succession planning solutions across diverse jurisdictions. Embarking on her career journey in trust administration in 2002 at Deloitte, Emma has worked closely with multi-generational families and their advisors, recognising the importance of nurturing relationships while aligning strategies with evolving family dynamics and circumstances. Emma has practical experience working with Private Trust Companies, Foundation Companies, STAR Trusts, discretionary trusts and philanthropic structures. Her academic background, including an LLB in Law and Accounting from Queen's University of Belfast, coupled with her FCCA and TEP designations, underscores her commitment to excellence in the field. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Emma remains deeply engaged in the industry's community. She serves as the Deputy Chair of the Cayman Islands' branch of STEP and is a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants and 100 Women in Finance.
